it is to requested to elite the rules regarding possession of rent free quarter , the charge of PM Bhuj was taken over on 07-12-2011 but actual possession of quarter is not obtain so far. the key of resident quarter was handed over by my predecessor being quarter was vacant and it was only received as a pm bhuj. my spos has forced to stop HRA and recovery of service charge w.e.f 07-12-2011. the action on the part of SPOs is correct? kindly post your suggestion , guidance and rules on the subject.
